Flapjacks. But healthier. With two slices in my tummy 😋 Ingredients:
100 grams dates (natural sugar)
2 very ripe bananas (anti oxidants)
1 apple (fibre)
50g coconut oil (anti inflammatory)
250g porridge oats (⬇️ blood sugar)
1 teaspoon cinnamon (gut health)
1/2 teaspoon soda bicarbonate
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Dried fruit and/or seeds & nuts (optional)
