Final Day .... This is now to test yourself against your Day 1 run or walk .... So basically you Walk as far as you can ...

Final Day .... This is now to test yourself against your Day 1 run or walk .... So basically you Walk as far as you can in 30 mins and compare your distance to Day 1 ... if you Ran 5k on Day 1 .. Run another 5k and compare your time ... best of luck

Last day before final test ... just a handy 1 min fast and 1 min slow .. 4 times = 8 minutes total
