Who breathes through the chaos.
Who burns through the bulls**t.
Who shows up—raw, real, wrecked, radiant.

I’m about to head out on a two-week trip and my anxiety is LOUDAF.
Like “what if everything falls apart while I’m gone?” kind of loud.
Like “do I even deserve time away?” kind of loud.
Like “what if I come back and nothing is the same?” loud.

And honestly?
I’m not here to pretend I’ve got it all figured out.
I’m sitting in the in-between: the fear and the excitement, the chaos and the curiosity.

Growth doesn’t always feel empowering in the moment.
Sometimes it feels like nausea, restlessness, spiraling thoughts, and tears you don’t even understand.
But I’m still going.
Still packing.
Still showing up for this version of me who’s ready—even if she’s shaking.

This is your reminder that it’s okay to feel a lot.
To want something AND be scared s**tless of it.
To take the leap even with your nervous system screaming “hell no.”

I’m not running away.
I’m expanding.
And maybe you are too. 💥
