Sooo, you eat healthy and exercise...and the weight still isn't coming off.
If hard work = success, every woman woman over 40 who watched what they ate and exercised daily would have the swimsuit ready bod they dreamed of.
When it comes to looking better naked & in clothes it's about doing the RIGHT things instead of LOTS of things.
It's time to ask yourself:
Am I getting at least 1 gram of protein for every pound of ideal bodyweight? --Most women undereat & don't get enough protein.
Am I strength training 2-3 times a week with a planned program that focuses on getting stronger every week? --Not wandering around the gym doing a little bit of this and a little bit of that or taking a group class.
Have I had my hormones checked & fixed any ones that are off? -- It doesn't count if you were told you were "fine" by your doctor when you feel like 💩
Am I reducing stress by being kind to myself, not saying mean things to myself in my head, not trying to make everyone happy, not ignoring my own needs, not planning too many things and not wanting to be perfect? Yes, this is stress and it can cause you to hold onto weight.
If you answered NO to any of these...
