One of the most damaging myths to American's health is the belief that high cholesterol leads to heart disease.

Which leads people to avoiding red meat, eggs & butter and instead overconsuming refined grains, sugar and chemical laden meat replacements.

And that is why our country is facing more obesity and poor health than ever before.

🚨‼️In short, the high cholesterol myth is FAKE NEWS.

There have been substantial subsequent studies that have debunked the cholesterol hypothesis to have shown misrepresented data to support their own conclusions.

The truth is this continued myth has created billions of dollars for Big Pharma peddling statin drugs.

✅In 2015 a meta-analysis showed that statin drugs prolonged life by just 3.2 days.

✅A 2016 meta analysis found 92% of individuals with high cholesterol lived longer.

🚫Stop fearing high cholesterol and instead be more concerned with ❌inflammation and ❌high fasting glucose and insulin from a diet heavy in processed carbs.

Let's be honest. Modern healthcare doesn't have it's priorities straight. Women aging over 40 are being dismissed, gaslighted & left behind.

All too often women over 40 feel terrible with uninvited weight gain, body aches, not motivation for life and zero s*x drive.

Many practitioners will tell you this is a normal part of aging, you are "fine" and send you on your way with prescription for anti-depressants and advice to eat less & exercise more.

What they don't know or aren't willing to tell you is it doesn't have to be this way.

Avoid these 3 things if you want to increase your energy and lower your stress over 40.

You are what you surround yourself with. If you are constantly inputting:

🚫Fighting
🚫Backstabbing
🚫Superficial values
🚫Gloom, Doom & fear
🚫A sense of hopelessness that aging means feeling like crap and you should just "age gracefully" with belly fat, poor sleep, no libido, brain fog & anxiety.

This will suck your energy & increase your stress levels. You are what you see, feel & hear.

💯Protect it.

Sooo, you eat healthy and exercise...and the weight still isn't coming off.

If hard work = success, every woman woman over 40 who watched what they ate and exercised daily would have the swimsuit ready bod they dreamed of.

When it comes to looking better naked & in clothes it's about doing the RIGHT things instead of LOTS of things.

It's time to ask yourself:

Am I getting at least 1 gram of protein for every pound of ideal bodyweight? --Most women undereat & don't get enough protein.

Am I strength training 2-3 times a week with a planned program that focuses on getting stronger every week? --Not wandering around the gym doing a little bit of this and a little bit of that or taking a group class.

Have I had my hormones checked & fixed any ones that are off? -- It doesn't count if you were told you were "fine" by your doctor when you feel like 💩

Am I reducing stress by being kind to myself, not saying mean things to myself in my head, not trying to make everyone happy, not ignoring my own needs, not planning too many things and not wanting to be perfect? Yes, this is stress and it can cause you to hold onto weight.

If you answered NO to any of these...
