Spring is here which means lots of animals will be more active & babies. Below is a list of local wildlife rehab contacts, please contact someone if you find injured wildlife. Don't be a kidnapper - do your research before you remove a baby from where you found it, there are lots of great resources out there about how to tell if a baby has been abandoned or if mom is just staying out of sight. Please be kind & avoid hitting animals in the road - snakes, turtles, skunks, opossums, deer, etc. Help them cross when you can💕
🚨🚨🚨BABY SEASON IS HERE!🚨🚨🚨
We are getting a lot of calls about baby squirrels, cotton tails and opossums being found! If you found one of these babies or adults needing help, look at our referral list below. Please give them a call and leave a message if they don't answer. As other rehabbers are very busy with baby season also, please give them time to get back with you. If you haven't heard back from any of the listed rehabbers below within one hour period, text our hotline at (704)286-6330
