Last week marked the Children’s Mental Health Week. The theme for this year’s campaign is "Express Yourself"; how we can all find ways to help children to share and express their thoughts, feelings and ideas?

Samaritans have launched Brew Monday, turning this typically tougher day into something positive by encouraging people to reach out to a friend, family member or colleague for a virtual cuppa and a chat.

But it doesn’t have to be a Monday or a cup of tea; just taking time to share as well as listen can help you both work through what’s on your mind.

Because now more than ever, sharing a cuppa is more than a drink - it’s about reaching out, checking in and staying connected
