✨ I got to practice with K-POP star and beautiful human .

🤎✨Yoga always teaches me so many lessons and my students teach me more than they can imagine. 3 things I learned while practicing with Johnny.

🟤1. Life is always full of beautiful surprises.
We found this beautiful location I didn’t even know existed and it was perfect for our session!

🟤2. Keep good people around you.
Johnnys team was so sweet, kind, and incredibly professional. I loved working with them.

🟤3. It’s ok to fall.
Johnny not only trusted me to get him to do his first headstand, he was not afraid to fall, and he was very graceful about learning something new.
