We get so good at hiding how we are feeling that it almost becomes 2nd nature.

It's time to stop hiding, it's OK to not be OK, you just need to say that you are not OK. Help and support is all around you, just reach out and tell someone how you really feel.

It's World Mental Health Day.

Just like physical health, metal wellbeing spans a variety issues, each needing very different levels of care.

For younger people suffering with poor mental health, Bicester has a wonderful service called Nais House.

Based in Garth Park they offer 1-2-1 support for youngsters to regularly to talk through their emotional and mental health needs.

They also give help to families and friends, helping them to understand more about the challenges the person they love are facing.

Just about to have a tea break and our volunteers are going to write down three things they can look forward to this month.
