Meditative Vibes is a soundbath/guided relaxation event.
Blanket, pillow, and mat are recommended for optimal comfort.

8:30-9:45 am Iyengar yoga (no heat)
10 am Hot HIIT Bootcamp (limited space)
12 noon Hot Power Modified Ashtanga
12 noon Yoga Nidra (no heat; meditation)
1:30 pm Bikram yoga

Noon Guided Relaxation this Sunday 🌷
Yoga Nidra slows down our brain waves and helps us enter a state of deep rest. It is a passive practice of receptive consciousness. With relaxation, the subconscious comes forward and in this state it is possible to work on healing - And by using an intention we can create new heathy patterns.
