Vegetable Fried Rice By Chef Dee 👩🏼‍🍳

1 1/2 cups basmati rice
3 cups boiled water + salt to cook the rice.
Finely dice:
3 medium carrots
5 zucchini
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
Fresh ginger
4 leaves cabbage
2 tbsp veg oil
3 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp white vinegar
1tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 sesame oil
400g mushrooms

You can add
1 small capsicum
1 broccoli chopped into florets
Cauliflower

Et Voilà !

500 g Egg Noodles
2 Carrots
1 Capsicum / bell pepper
200g Mushrooms
3 Zucchini
1/2 Onion
2 Garlic cloves
1/4 Ginger
6 Green Onion
2 tbsp Dark soy
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Sugar OR Honey
1/4 tsp White Pepper
1 tsp Oil
4 tsp Cornflour

You can add chicken or other protein and cauliflower !

500 g Linguine N⁰5 pasta
4 gloves of garlic
1 piece of ginger
3 big carrots
5 green onions
10 cabbage leaves
Sesame oil
Soya light
Dark soya

And Voilà !
VEGETERIAN NOODLES !🥢

Ps. You can add some cauliflower and some colored bell peppers for a colorful plate

COVID-19 affects different people in different ways. Most infected people will develop mild to moderate illness and recover without hospitalization.

⚠️Most common symptoms:

✔️ Fever
✔️ Dry cough
✔️ Tiredness

⚠️Less common symptoms:

✅ Aches and pains
✅ Sore throat
✅ Diarrhea
✅ Conjunctivitis
✅ Headache
✅ Loss of taste or smell

⚠️⚠️⚠️ Protect YOURSELF and OTHERS around you by knowing the facts and taking appropriate precautions.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19:
📛 Clean your hands often. Use soap and water, then an alcohol-based hand rub.
📛 Maintain a safe distance from anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
📛 Wear a mask when physical distancing is not possible.
📛 Don’t touch your eyes, nose or mouth.
📛 Cover your nose and mouth with your bent elbow or a tissue when you cough or sneeze.

⚠️⚠️ Stay home if you feel unwell AND If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention.
