It is imperative to have a few warm-ups prior to any exercises.

Here, we'd like to share a popular Lateral Pendulum warm-up.

The Lateral Pendulum is a great way to start slow and increase the range of motion as you progress your exercising.

1️⃣ Face the wall and place your hands on it for balance.

2️⃣ Swing the left leg from left to right in front of yourself.

3️⃣ Undertake a linear swing to improve your range of motion.
Place your hand on the abdomen and monitor the motion of your pelvis because your abdominals will contract as you move your leg.

4️⃣ Swing your leg and repeat with the right leg.

For increased intensity, consider using a resistance band.

Knee-healing Exercise: Heel and calf stretch.

This stretch targets the muscles in your lower leg, specifically your calf muscles. ❤️

To do this stretch:

1️⃣ Stand facing a wall.
2️⃣ Place your hands on the wall and move one foot back as far as you can comfortably. Toes on both feet should be facing forward, heels flat, with a slight bend in your knees.
3️⃣ Lean into the stretch and hold for 30 seconds. You should feel the stretch in your back leg.
4️⃣ Change legs and repeat.
Do this stretch twice for both legs.
