Try plank when you feel fatigued! Good to do in the morning to wake up the whole body. Planks are great for building stability in the core, shoulders, + legs. If you’ve got a back that tends to arch a lot like mine, plank is a forever practice of drawing upon core strength vs. relying on the low back. Tips for plank : broaden the shoulders, roll them forward, tuck the tailbone & shift the toes forward ~ hold for 5 breaths🤗✨

Forward folds. There’s an intimacy, vulnerability, and tension in the middle of this Asana. Fear but also release. The benefit of these postures I’m finding is that the back and neck can release, 2 very strong areas but also very vulnerable. The need to feel supported and protected. Holding these for a few breaths on and off, standing and seated, draws your awareness draws back inside yourself. Try it out.
