πŸ“ intermittent fasting - women are genetically predisposed to be more sensitive to food scarcity. Long periods without food suppresses natural hunger cues. Metabolism will slow. Train your body to feel safe not starved.

1. Greek yogurt + sugar free cheesecake pud mix πŸ₯„
Β½ cup 0% Greek yogurt + 1 tbsp dry SF pudding mix
Thick. ~90 to 110 cals, 15g protein.

2. Protein fluff bowl πŸ₯£
Β½ scoop whey + ice + splash almond milk + stevia
Blend into a cloud the size of your head. (Lol) ~70 to 100 cals.

3. Frozen Greek yog bark. Woof. 🐢
100g 0% Greek yogurt, berries, grate 20g dark choc on top- freeze
Break into shards like dessert glass. ~150 cals

4. Cottage cheese + everything bagel seasoning + cucumber ~120 cals, 18g protein. πŸ₯’

5. Air fried deli turkey chips πŸ¦ƒ
Lay slices flat, air fry until crispy
Basically protein crisps. ~60 cals for 3 oz.

6. 94% lean ground turkey lettuce cups
Warm with taco seasoning, load into romaine πŸ›Ά ~150 cals.

7. Egg white + salsa scramble cup ~90 cals, 18g protein. πŸ’ƒ

8. Sugar free Jell O + light whipped cream 🍦
Three bowls deep and still under 60 cals.

9. Rice cake + laughing cow wedge + turkey slice ~110 cals.

10. 1 cup frozen blueberries + 120g 0% Greek yog + cinnamon
Tastes like dessert cereal! ~130 cals, 15g protein. 🫐

11. Protein iced coffee β˜•οΈ
Cold brew + Β½ scoop vanilla whey + ice
~60 to 80 cals.

12. Shrimp cocktail cup 🍀
4 oz shrimp + cocktail sauce ~120 cals, 23g protein.

13. Pickles + light string cheese πŸ₯’
Salty + creamy combo. ~90 cals.

14. Air popped popcorn + ranch seasoning πŸ§‚
4 to 5 cups for ~120 cals.

15. Apple slices + powdered peanut butter drizzle πŸ₯œ
Mix PB2 with water, drizzle lightly
~150 cals total.

16. Chia pudding light πŸ₯„
1 tbsp chia + unsweetened almond milk + stevia
Let it gel. ~90 cals.

17. Protein mug cake 🍰
Β½ scoop protein + 1 tbsp cocoa + splash almond milk
Microwave 45 seconds. ~110 to 140 cals.

18. Cucumber boats + whipped cottage cheese + little hot honey drizzles- sweet heat! ~120 cals. πŸ”₯

19. Tuna packet + mustard + pickle relish πŸ₯’
~90-110 cals, 18-20g protein.

20. 1 small pack of Drizzilicious mini rice cakes + Chobani Zero (single pot). 🍰
~140 to 160 cals
