First, we conduct orthopedic examination to find out what exactly causing the shoulder pain.

Then, with Osteopathy treatment such as soft tissue, mobilization and muscle energy techniques we can decrease shoulder pain.

In addition, we will teach the clients to do exercises and stretches in between osteopathy appointments to achieve their recovery goal.
