MONDAY UPDATE + HIIT + LOW CARB DAY

Are you ready for an amazing week ahead? 🚀 Kick it off with me by exploring the incredible power of building positive habits to supercharge your journey to success! 💪 Share with me: what habit are you currently working on to level up your wellness game? 🤔

As your coach, I firmly believe that lasting results come from creating strong habits that align with your unique goals. 🌱 Embracing new habits might feel uncomfortable at first, but remember, stepping out of your comfort zone is precisely where real growth happens!

Habit Stacking
Habit stacking is one way to keep building on your food and fitness journey. It’s a technique that involves attaching a new habit to an existing habit, like HIIT on Monday! If you want to add a new behavior, like 15 minutes of stretching every day, you can attach your stretching goal to your Monday HIIT habit. Habit stacking capitalizes on the fact you are already consistent in one area, and lets you establish a new one.

Maybe you find yourself indulging in a few extra carbs on low-carb day and you want to make it a habit to stick with the plan! Consider today DAY ONE. Once you create a habit, it becomes easier to maintain. Most importantly, give yourself grace. The key is progress over perfection (which is actually a habit!), and each day presents a fresh start, giving you the power to make positive adjustments as you move forward.

Welcome to my new VIP Membership Community Group. Each client that completes their 6 week round and continues on with the FASTer Way to Fat Loss will be added to this group. The goals of this page are to:
1) communicate important benefits and skills for my VIP clients to grow and understand how the FW benefits them,
2) encourage each other as a commUnity,

Here’s to a new week, VIPs! For a little Monday Motivation: Choose JOY today and every day this week and always!
