LOOKING FOR A MALE CAREGIVER FOR A PATIENT IN DALLAS, ON FERGUSON.
HE IS AMBULATORY AND DOES NEED TO BE SHOWERED OR DRESSED, JUST 3 TIMES A WEEK FOR 5 HOURS ON EACH DAY. IT IS FOR PRIMARY HOME CARE RATES/WAGES AS PER MEDICAID.

Looking for an Office Assistant.

A. Qualification:
1) Able to answer the Phone in a Professional manner.

2) Knowledge with Excel, Word, Google spreadsheet.

3) Home health Agency office knowledge/Experience ( Preferred).

4) Punctual to work, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ( Lives around Carrolton or doesn't mind driving to the office in Carrollton).

5) Understand and Speaks Spanish ( Preferred).

6) Be fast and articulate.

B) Duties:

-Answering Phone calls
-485 Faxing and Tracking ( Calling the Doctor's office for fax returns)
-Referral Intake: including checking the referral and Agency emails frequently at least every 30 minutes during business hours, for any NEW referrals
-Preparing Admission Paperwork
-Faxing Lab Results to the Doctor
-Preparing Lab tubes and Requisitions
-Scheduling Patients for PT/OT and Tracking the Admissions for Patients who require PT/OT
