Offering a monthly end of the month playful, mindful safe space. To learn and develop with curiosity, the required skills and techniques to help you to let go, feel settled, calmer and more grounded. Whilst improving your mood, reducing anxiety and stress. By quietening your overthinking mind. Therefore boosting confidence and your overall sense of wellbeing. Session ends with a Chakra balance.

Please arrive 10 mins before the session starts. Wear comfortable, warm clothing and a pillow as required. Alongside water to hydrate.
