Intentional living means better understanding one's own core beliefs and values and living a life based on those values.
This habit is toxic and has severe adverse effects on mental health. Looking at your laptop, checking emails, or scrolling through social media on your phone can be a mentally draining activity.
With so many stimuli from the screen, we feel overwhelmed and anxious. It is good to take a technology break sometime each day to give your brain some healthy break.
Sleep relaxes the mind and calms anxiety and stress while increasing the body's immunity to fight various diseases.
When adapting to a self-care routine, ensure that you are eating right and saying a big no to all the junk, deep-fried, sugary items, and fast-food options.
A well-balanced diet is essential to both the human body and mind. Eating right and healthy keeps us physically fit and is something your body will thank you for.
You can design your affirmations or take help from online resources and practice affirmations each day.
