The more we find alignment with our Source, the more truth we know about the essentials of life.

The recent injustices on woman’s health care in the United States reflect spiritual disconnect from source, and a knowing of truth replaced by an intent to suppress women by men.

Mindsets/Beliefs/Habitial thought/long-term-Perspectives make up 95% of the thoughts we compulsively think each day 🧠

Old beliefs may have been helpful for our survival in wildly different contextual problems in our past. But they rarely serve us when expanding into a truer version of ourselves. It’s ok to change them 🥰

The list on the left is older mindsets rooted in resistance to the world, and the list on the right allows greater freedom of thought and are vibrationally more pleasurable 🎭
