Happy Day!
12th September is a global day to raise awareness and celebrate mindfulness.
We are excited to join in because mindfulness and awareness are core parts of happier living.
Mindfulness can reduce stress levels, help us manage emotions and reactions, tune in better to how we and others are feeling and cultivate compassion for ourselves and others. It helps us connect to the present moment and the world around us in a more meaningful way.
So today, wherever you are and whatever is happening, make time to stop, pause and breathe.
