Winter Solstice heARTual (heart + ART + ritual)

Join us on a creative and spiritual journey this Winter Solstice as we embrace the reflective energy of the North through heart, art, and ritual. Guided by the Medicine Wheel and the teachings of the Buffalo, a sacred totem of gratitude, resilience, and abundance, this workshop invites you to honor the cycles of life and the stillness of winter.

Through a grounding meditation, drumming, and expressive painting session, you’ll explore themes of wisdom, connection, and renewal. Together, we’ll celebrate the Buffalo’s strength and the turning of the season, creating meaningful art and heartfelt connections along the way.

Whether you’re a seasoned artist or new to creative expression, this creative experience offers a nurturing space to reflect, connect, and honor the light within as we prepare for a new cycle of growth.
