Do you be extra sweet to people, but when it comes to you your "Negative Self Talk " mode is always ON🔘
What got you here will not take you there. You might have reached a state of success even when you were continuously keeping a negative relationship with yourself. But, remember that was in the past and situation was different. Earlier there were more people who uplifted you. And now external and peer pressure is at its peak.
We need to understand that this is a very important time to become your own best friend.

Finding Balance and peace where I am before moving on to things that I feel will give me more balance & peace.

We often consider grass to be greener on the other side until you reach the other side. What if you have the potential to make the grass greener on your side and not run away to where its already greener, because in that case you will not be utilizing your full potential.
