🎉 Week 1 is done and I'm already feeling amazing on my Keto and Intermittent Fasting journey! 💪🏼 With the help of intermittent fasting, I hit ketosis faster than ever before and I'm seeing all the signs. Plus, I'm drinking so much water I feel like I'm floating on air! 💦 And don't even get me started on my new obsession with iced tea with stevia.
Sure, the salty lime surprise and ACV shots may taste like regret, but they're worth it when you start feeling and looking your best. Speaking of feeling great, I haven't weighed myself yet - I'll wait until my clothes start fitting better before I face the dreaded demon scale. 😅
