Receiving messages like this always make my day, but especially after meeting this lovely lady and hearing about her previous treatments, it really made me smile.
Unfortunately it sounded as though the salon she was going to was wheeling out a “one size fits all” facial treatment and even mentioned to watch an influencer for product advice.
She felt as though she couldn’t trust their knowledge and was spending a lot of money without any benefit for nearly a year.
Time for a change!
It’s been a while since we initially spoke, but we had implemented a few basic changes and now we have the first bespoke treatment under our belts.
A skin plan was discussed with an easy home care routine as she is a busy lady, and a treatment plan worked out to really get those results she desires.
