📝 All those tips won’t do the trick.
📝 Tips like:
💧Drink a glass of water before meals
🍽 Put your fork down between bites
🍱 What to order from a restaurant to stay on plan
🖥 Don’t eat in front of the TV
😵💫 For years I tried every meal plan, diet, and point system out there - hoping to find that magic trick that would stop my late night binges and weekend overload of junk food.
🤔 None of them worked because they only addressed my behavior - not the thoughts and feelings that were driving my behavior.
💪🏻 Every Monday morning ⇒ determined to stay on plan.
😈 By Friday night ⇒ “Screw it!” and eating all the junk food I had said no to that week.
🥴 I was exhausted, my emotional tank was empty, and the only way I knew how to feel better was to dive head first into the chocolates and ice cream.
