Every day I listen to people who do not exercise, tell me why exercise is bad for them 🤔
If you tell yourself something enough, you believe it right. Of course what they’re saying is nonsense.
Are you telling me exercise in any form is bad for you, based on not exercising?

So what now…. What does each day bring..
You have a load of health problems, weight related issues and you’re feeling stiff & low…
How can exercise honestly make what you have and how you feel worse…..
I’d love to know, because no one is ever going to convince me that just sitting, getting weaker and taking a load of pills or injections is better than daily movement to improve your health.
I have never seen anyone truly living life, happier in their skin and at the peak of good health and fitness on just pills and with no exercise in their life.
Be careful what you tell yourself, because your thoughts become your actions 🙌
