Everyday we have to dust ourselves off, not listen to the neigh sayers and folk telling us that ywe can’t or shouldn’t.

The impact these women have had in just two days is phenomenal, the feel good has radiated everywhere 🫶

You can be, do and achieve whatever you put your mind too 💪👊

Do you know what I love ❤️

I love the honesty, emotion and rawness of female international football players because they don’t get paid millions like the blokes and you can see they are so grateful to be there and to play.

I love their pure honesty without arrogance and cockiness. They deserve their place and they inspire me.

That is what the men’s game lacks humility and gratefulness. Because they earn stupid money and expect the huge platform they are on.

I don’t know about you but how good did the make you feel when they won.

I hope they inspire thousands of young girls to go and play for their country in any sport 🫶

How much do you mix up your weekly exercise routine with getting outside. The outdoors is not only great for the soul but challenges your body in different ways.

Every day I listen to people who do not exercise, tell me why exercise is bad for them 🤔

If you tell yourself something enough, you believe it right. Of course what they’re saying is nonsense.

Are you telling me exercise in any form is bad for you, based on not exercising?

👉 OK

So what now…. What does each day bring..

You have a load of health problems, weight related issues and you’re feeling stiff & low…

How can exercise honestly make what you have and how you feel worse…..

I’d love to know, because no one is ever going to convince me that just sitting, getting weaker and taking a load of pills or injections is better than daily movement to improve your health.

I have never seen anyone truly living life, happier in their skin and at the peak of good health and fitness on just pills and with no exercise in their life.

Be careful what you tell yourself, because your thoughts become your actions 🙌

🏃‍♀️‍➡️ Make one small lifestyle change every single day, change what you eat, get outside, do 10 press ups. If you stick with it you’ll reap the benefits and take back control of your health💜
