It's a really common misconception to think if you eat healthy all throughout the week, calories don't count on the weekends. If you really think about it, you're eating healthy for about 4 full days and you're eating whatever you want for the other 3.
This can really add up and negate all the hard work you put in during the week. So, here are some tips to avoid overeating on the weekends!
