💪 How to Get More Protein in Your Oatmeal?
Boost your breakfast bowl with this protein-packed combo that gets you to 20g of protein—no powders needed!
✨ Here's what I add to my steel cut oats:
🥄 2 tbsp chopped almonds
🥄 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
🥄 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
🥄 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
🥄 1 tbsp h**p seeds
🥄 2 tsp coconut oil
🥄 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
🥄 2 tsp maple syrup
🍎 2–4 tbsp fruit (here I used caramelized apples 😋)
