Positive Affirmation 🧘🏽‍♀️- Every breath I take is an act of healing.

When things feel hard, we often tighten, brace, or turn against ourselves. But your breath is proof that your body is still working for you — not against you. Each inhale is support. Each exhale is release. Healing doesn’t always look big. Sometimes it looks like staying present for one more breath.
