Sa bawat trip sa banyo, gumamit ng fragrance-free soap at hugasan ito ng maligamgam na tubig para maiwasang lumala ang almo. Pagkatapos, tuyuin ito gamit ang malambot na tissue o towel ng dahan dahan. ‘Wag panggigilan!"

Wag mo na rin patagalin ang hassle niyan. Para sa sintomas ng almo, mag Diosmin + Hesperidin (Daflon® 1000)!

Huwag mabahala kung magkakaiba ang itsura ng almo! Hindi sila pare-pareho. May iba’t ibang grades ito.

Ang ibang almo, nasa mild bleeding pa lang. Kumikirot pero hindi lumalabas kapag umiire. Ang iba naman, mas malala na. Hindi na kayang maibalik mag-isa at sumasakit pa! Kailangan na ng duktor. Mahalagang malaman kung anong grade na ang almo para maagapan ito ng maayos.
