My morning run. What's different? Ive been running 🏃 for years and thought I will try something new as I dive deeper and deeper into the wild world of Breathwork.
I am on my second Breathwork course and this one focusses on Sport & Performance. I love being the guinea pig. So what is different about my recent runs is that I have slowed right down and run about 80% of the run only breathing through my nose 👃. I know why???
Improved O2 Efficiency- improves O2 uptake & CO2 exchange 👍
Better Endurance over time- conserves energy and delays fatigue 👍
Enhances Nitric Oxide Production- dilates blood vessels and improves circulation and O2 delivery to muscles
Lower Heart Rate ❤️
Reduced Stress Response - YES please 🙏 in my Midlife 👍
