Each of us celebrates an April birthday, which was always so much fun when we were kids! As we age & life gets busy, we find ourselves reflecting on bigger things - things like Ekko. After working together again this past year, our love & respect for each other has topped the list.
We’re Aries girls, we’re desert girls, we’re tough & dream big. We go out swinging & have a fearlessness that comes with having nothing to lose & everything to learn. We’re strong & know how to show up when the going gets tough - you want us in your corner.
Here we are sitting at the close of our fall retreat last year, tired & happy & proud. We’re so proud of Ekko & the ripple effect its having within our growing community. We’re proud of the work you’re all out there doing. We’re grateful you’ve let us into your space, your feed, your inbox. As we start another trip around the sun, we do so with hearts full of gratitude.
We’re celebrating growth as success - a great reminder for life! 🌞

She will lead us in conversations about intimacy & connection as well as be answering questions (you can submit anonymously) ranging from how to talk to our kids about s*x to overcoming cultural shame. Burn it down - all the parts that no longer serve you, all the thoughts and negative self-talk. Burn down the criticisms of others that stick inside your mind and play on a loop. Burn down the lies you tell yourself to self-sabotage. Burn down the patterns that keep you stuck.

There is power in “ritual,” in actively, physically doing something to signify a release, a change, a stepping into your own power again after letting circumstances control you.

“Burn that $&!@ down.” And rise from the ashes without all the things that held you back.
