Dear Activate Health Academy Members,

We are getting so close to meeting our baby girl! We are grateful and overjoyed 💗

After careful consideration and thoughtful reflection of all the life changes ahead, I have decided to close down the Facebook group as of TOMORROW.

This group has been a vibrant community where we have shared discussion and supported each other as we strive to live healthier lives. I am truly grateful for your involvement.

BUT this is not a goodbye!

This awesome community will be transitioning to an email only community! 🤗

So if you haven't already, this is your LAST DAY to join my email list!

If there is anything you have taken away from the group, it’s that all disease begins in the Gut - and we need to keep our Guts healthy so we can live healthier, more abundant lives.

It is officially September and as many of you know, we will be having our very first baby girl this month! We are so grateful and overjoyed 💗
