THE ULTIMATE TEA MIX RECIPE
Ingredients (for 2 cups of tea):
1 bay leaf
1 tsp moringa powder
1 tbsp dried hibiscus petals (zobo leaves)
1 clove of garlic (crushed)
1 inch piece ginger (sliced)
1 inch piece turmeric (sliced or ½ tsp powder)
2–3 cloves
¼ tsp black pepper
2 cups water
Optional: honey or lemon for taste
Instructions:
1. Boil the ingredients:
In a pot, combine the bay leaf, ginger, garlic, turmeric, cloves, black pepper, and hibiscus petals with 2 cups of water.
2. Simmer:
Let it boil for 10–15 minutes until the water changes color and the aroma is strong.
3. Add moringa (last):
Turn off the heat and stir in the moringa powder. Do not boil moringa — it preserves nutrients better this way.
4. Strain and serve:
Strain the tea into a cup. Add honey or lemon if you like.
How Often to Take It:
Drink 1 cup daily in the morning or evening.
Use it as part of a healing, cleansing, or immune-boosting routine.
