A question I am being asked more and more as we find our lives radically changed in this new era of quarantine is, "Do you think 5G has anything to do with COVID-19?"

For an answer from a renowned medical expert, I turned to Dr. Martin Pall, award-winning molecular biochemist who specializes in mechanisms (how effects happen). Dr. Pall offers this logic for how the pulsed Radio Wave radiation unique to 5G in its combination of frequencies and its power density could increase virus replication within a person as well as the lethal impact of COVID-19's pneumonia.

He explains,

"Electromagnetic fields, including the highly pulsed and therefore highly dangerous 5G millimeter wave radiation, act via activation of voltage-gated calcium channels (VGCCs) with VGCC activation producing five different effects, each of which have roles in stimulating the replication and spread of coronaviruses:


1. Excessive intracellular calcium
2. Oxidative stress
3. NF-kappaB elevation
4. Inflammation
5. Apoptosis (programmed cell death)


The predominant cause of death in the COVID-19 epidemic, is pneumonia and each of these five effects also have roles in pneumonia, such that each of them is predicted to greatly increase the percent of people dying death in this epidemic. It seems highly plausible that 5G radiation is greatly increasing the spread of the epidemic and also the death rate in individuals that are infected.

Have you tried air tube headsets? They help us get the critical distance we need from cell phones and computers. The air space between the cable and the ear bud prevents the radio waves from traveling into the ear. Using headphones or speaker phone also prevents us from putting our head right up against the electrical and magnetic field from the phone.

Headaches are a very common symptom of exposure to RF radiation. Sources include cell phones, small cell antennas on utility poles, cell towers, WiFi routers, computers with the WIFi setting turned on, and many baby monitors and alarm systems.

If you have a headache, getting away from these sources may help.

Cell Towers in front of our homes, schools, workplaces, grocery stores, ...... Headaches are a very common immediate symptom of exposure to the RF radiation. Longer term symptoms include cancer, diabetes, depression, and other health impacts.

5G's short beams of focused RF radiation require clusters of hundreds of "small" antennas to be placed on every 2-10 of our utility poles. That is unacceptable.

Why LAPTOPS are not called laptops anymore.

"Laptops" technically are not supposed to be on your lap. That would be "improper" consumer use. They generate high electromagnetic field radiation and the SAR could be up to 100 fold on your lap as opposed to the table. Regulations ONLY consider use at 20 cm (8 inches) from the body. Although Wireless radiation is not the only type of EMF that must be reduced for health, it is crucial to find all sources and reduce/eliminate them ASAP.

Please, whether or not you hire me to do an EMF Sweep of your home or workplace to find and reduce/eliminate sources of RF radiation, consider taking these steps for your health:

1. Turning off your router at night or using it with ethernet cables instead of WiFi (ethernet give faster and more reliable internet too). Be sure the WiFi setting is off though, as ethernet cables do not mean it is set to "off". Let me know if you have any questions.

2. Placing cellphones across the room rather than putting them by the bed at night, or better yet - turning them off.

3. Using cellphones for emergencies only and using a landline phone (better sound quality too) or computer-based service such as Google Voice.

4. Tell the power and gas companies to swap your smart meter(s) for "electromechanical meters". Accept no substitutes.

SENSITIVITY or ILLNESS?

Because all living things are bioelectric, we are all sensitive to EMFs and to radiation. When we are overexposed to manmade EMF (and some natural EMFs), we become ill. How we use these terms impacts how well we respond to symptoms (evidence of our bioelectric nature).

Here is a brief mention of the politics of the terms.

In the 1950's, microwave and electrical illness were commonly known in the Russian military, and in the 1970's by the U.S. military. Microwave illness was also called radiowave illness.

When wireless technology began to be sold en masse to the public, the associated illnesses were no longer so openly discussed, and sufferers thought they were suffering from an allergy or sensitivity that other humans might not have.

Sufferers coined the terms electrosensitivity and electrohypersensitivity, which removes the symptoms from the legally established "microwave" and "electrical" illness.

Unfortunately, this simple change in label from illness to sensitivity makes it sound like sufferers are paranoid or delusional or having psychosomatic experiences, which impacts social stigma, disability benefits, and lawsuits against manufacturers of such technology as wireless devices.

I know the effects are real, and I am committed to helping people reduce, prevent, and build resilience to manmade EMFs.
