Getting 7-8 hours of sleep is a tool.
Fresh air & sunshine are tools.
Less Netflix more movement is a tool.
Reducing sugary & high-calorie drinks is a tool.
Being aware of alcohol consumption is a tool.
The more tools we use, the better the results.
