Do you have flabby triceps? 💪😩

In this video, I do a workout combining jump rope, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises to tighten up those flabby arms.

Don’t “FLY” away, check it out! 🪽✅

Jumping rope alone engages and activates more muscle groups than other forms of cardio, which will help tone those arms.

This workout includes several dumbbell and bodyweight exercises, along a “weighted” jump rope, so those flabby arms will surely get a workout. 🏋️

If you don’t have a jump rope, just take the dumbbell and bodyweight exercises and complete 3 sets of 10 of each. Those alone will help tone those triceps.
