But here’s the thing — picky eating doesn’t magically disappear just because it’s the weekend. Without a plan, mealtime can still feel like a battle.

I know you’re tired of serving the same “safe foods” over and over, just hoping one day your child will branch out.

With love, I want you to know: pressuring, bribing, or sneaking foods won’t help. What will help? Some ideas are offering family-style meals, DIY build-your-own nights, and fun themes where your child feels safe AND included.
