I started Yoga arround 3 weeks ago. And it is a real plaisir to feel my body changing. Every day my body become more relax. I have so many tensions. One think I discover is that I do not think to much during my training.

So I know now that hatha yoga is completly meditativ. I usualy do my yoga in the morning after waking up. Some āsanas are a bit difficult and painful. But with the time this practice make my mind more clear and realy bring me internal happyness.

I practice arround 30 minutes to 1 hour. Its help me to listen more my body and my feeling. I realy want to keep this practice for my life !
