What a great Sunday!! What do you have to be thankful for today? I'll go first- I found a new story for bedtime with my kids. It's called the "Special Star" story, and it's a body scan guided meditation. Every kid has one in the sky. You ask the kid what color it is, is it warm or cool? Does it sparkle? Does it glow? Then you imagine the special star shining on the top of your head.... Down your eyes .. down your chin.. all the way down to the toes. Hopefully by then they're asleep 🧘‍♀️
