I had the absolute joy of experiencing another one of Leah’s cure-ated day retreats.
There were many little truths that could have kept me from showing up.
🌀an ugly, angry stye in my left eye
🌀a 9AM weekend work call
🌀restless nights in a rental home
🌀hubby having severe back pain

The big, capital T 💙Truth?
The list is why it is so important to make my health a priority and practice what I teach others. 💙

💙To listen to my own Voice and advice.
💙To walk in the ether, the space between, the pause.
💙To drink Blue Lotus elixir and walk with the Dragonfly
💙To be nourished with food lovingly harvested and prepared in the same place the table is set
💙To allow the whispered mantras and affirmations around me lift me to the frequency of a Lioness Roar
