Slow down and soften during this Free Community Yin Yoga + Meditation class—an invitation to rest deeply during the busy holiday season.

This gentle, floor-based practice focuses on seated and prone postures that target the 14 skeletal segments of the body, supporting joint mobility and long-term freedom of movement. With extended time close to the earth, Yin Yoga allows gravity and stillness to become medicine—helping you reconnect with your physical body, quiet the mind, and release self-judgment.

We’ll close with a spacious savasana and guided meditation, offering space to listen inward and remember the quiet truth: you are already enough.
