Chia seeds are good for balancing your hormones. Chia seeds are loaded with fiber and a high amount of omega-3 fatty acids which is the perfect choice for insulin sensitivity, metabolic syndrome, acne, irregular periods, and mood swings.

Preparation time is 15 minutes; serves 1.

What you need for the pudding:
Organic cinnamon
Organic cardamom
Organic alcohol-free vanilla extract
1/4 cup of organic chia seeds
1 cup of organic seed or nut milk, such as coconut or almond

For the topping:
Organic banana
Organic peach
Organic berries

Mix all the pudding ingredients thoroughly, and pour into your mason jar. Place your toppings on the top, seal the jar and store in the fridge overnight.

Chia seeds may be small, but they’re incredibly rich in nutrients! 🥳

In a high-powered blender or clean coffee grinder, grind together sunflower seeds and sesame seeds until pulverized.

In a medium bowl, mix together ground seeds, chia seeds, coconut milk, spices, and sweeteners. Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours.
