Thank you so much to absolutely everyone who took part in today’s yoga and swim fundraiser for Palestine🇵🇸🇵🇸
I’ll total up this week and post a public receipt. It was such a brilliant way to spend a morning with you all.

Thank you so much for signing up! There will be a crowd of us. Everyone who has signed up - you will have received an email.
It’s a not for profit event and all money raised will go to a Palestine charity 🇵🇸
Main take away points.
🌊Car share where possible please 🙏
🌊We’ll meet at beach entrance at 8.30am or before, practice will start at 9am
🌊please wear layers - it can be chilly at that time in the morning - 🌅 you can always take a layer off
🌊optional dip after (but there’s zero pressure) if you want to bring a flask and enjoy a snack by the water - do that

Beach 🏝️ yoga fundraiser- this weekend 🌅🧡 weather is looking spot on! We’ve had dolphins 🐬 join us in the past on our usual spot. Come for the yoga, come for the optional dip after, come for the coffee. Bring a friend. We do one fundraiser every month but due to limited space I don’t advertise too often anymore BUT everyone is welcome to- it’s nice and early so you can have the rest of the day! X###
£5 to register and all money will be donated.
PM me to join and please give a little share. It’s for all levels - so if yiuve never done it and want to! Perfect chance! ###

✨And trade it for CREATION instead….What if the true meaning was accepting darkness whilst going towards the light, what if it was creating communities that stand for something instead of everything, what if it was creating movement that feels good instead of boxed in, what if it was creating environments of support instead of division, what if groups of women came together and were so rooted in alignment for a better world that we started to BE the change we want to see.This is a practice of CREATION…. Not love and light. Let’s scrap that. It’s time to create the highest version of yourself and let that ripple…the time for change and coming together is round about….now. Let’s SCRAP love and light for community and change. empowering you Studio classes

✨C O M M U N I T Y ✨It takes courage to come to your first yoga class, & our practice every morning 🌅 comes and goes - but yoga - that’s a different thing. And as a COMMUNITY- that’s what we build - together.Yoga is so much more than what happens on that little rectangle. It’s practicing strength and ease, healing and renewing, it’s allowing space for however we feel and not altering or avoiding, and to still feel seen and able to show up. It’s practicing courage. It’s feeling empowered. I truly believe the little rectangular mat has the power to change the trajectory of our day and therefore our and those around us, lives.To step into the highest version of ourselves we need strength, compassion, space and to feel empowered to show up as we ARE. To be able to sit steadfast and steady on our paths. To know it’s okay to start over as many times as we need. To absolutely KNOW that you are welcome EXACTLY as you are - that what is different about you is the best thing about you.This has ALWAYS been so much more than a yoga ‘business’. It’s about COMMUNITY. It’s about tackling hard subjects and bringing them to the forefront. It’s about standing for something. You can find us th & EVERYONE is welcome 🏳️‍🌈✨🌅

Flow to paradise Willow & Blue. A flow that reminds is that not all beautiful things are born out of perfection.
