She was eating clean, working out 5 days a week, and drinking more water than most people even think about…
But the weight wouldn’t budge.
Worse? She felt tired, bloated, and blamed herself.

When she came to me, she said:
“I’m doing everything right. Why isn’t my body cooperating?”

Here’s what I told her:
It’s not about doing more.
It’s about doing what works for you.

Most women over 35 are stuck in the same cycle—following outdated rules that don’t match their hormones, stress levels, or lifestyle.

In just a few weeks, we shifted her strategy based on her fat loss personality, and suddenly…

The scale moved
Her energy came back
She felt in control again

If you’ve been spinning your wheels with no results, this is your sign to stop guessing.

Take my free Fat Loss Personality Quiz to find out what’s actually holding you back—and what to do about it.

Tired of trying again and still getting nowhere? Take the quiz to find your fat loss personality comment, "Reclaim."

She prayed.
She planned.
She pushed.
And still… it didn’t work.

She told herself, “Next time I’ll be more disciplined. Next time I’ll be stronger.”
But when the results didn’t match the effort again, she didn’t just feel disappointed.
She felt defeated.
And silently?
She started to believe maybe it just wasn’t meant for her.

If this is you, you’re not alone. So many high-achieving women—especially those of us who trust God, juggle big roles, and crave impact—carry a quiet fear: “What if I fail again?”

Here’s the truth: You didn’t fail.
The plan did.
Because it wasn’t made with you in mind.
Your stress. Your schedule. Your hormones. Your season.
Your body wasn’t created for a copy-paste wellness plan.

And deep down, you know that.
You’ve matured past fad diets and punishing workouts.
What you’re craving now is a plan that works with your feminine rhythm, not against it.
You’re craving consistency that doesn’t feel like pressure.
You want to feel strong and soft again.
Energized, not drained.
Aligned, not ashamed.

That shift doesn’t come from more willpower.
It comes from finally understanding your body’s cues—and being bold enough to stop forcing what isn’t working.

That’s why I created the Fat Loss Personality Quiz.

Before we talk about mea plans or macros, we need to talk about who you are, what’s working against you, and how to tap into what actually works for you.

Ready to stop recycling the same struggle?

Take 2 minutes. Get your results.
Your next step doesn’t need to be harder. It just needs to be wiser.

Take the quiz and meet the version of you that doesn’t just start strong—she finishes free. Comment below "Reclaim."

Comment “Reclaim” if you’re ready to stop surviving and start reclaiming your energy.

Feminine.
It’s a word we don’t use enough when we talk about women’s health and wellness
Because somewhere along the way, we were told that to be well, we had to be hard
Tough
Always grinding
Always “strong”

But feminine energy?
It’s not weak
It’s wise
It’s powerful in a completely different way

For years, I operated in survival mode
Early morning workouts, late nights building my career, saying yes when I should’ve said no
I thought that was discipline
But in reality, I was burned out, my hormones were off, I gained weight, and I lost myself

This wasn’t just fatigue
It was hormonal imbalance, emotional exhaustion, and chronic stress

What I thought was strength was actually burnout

That’s when I realized
I wasn’t honoring my feminine energy—the part of me that needs rest, softness, intuition, and care

When I started supporting my nervous system, aligning my workouts with my cycle, and practicing self-care without guilt—everything changed
I lost weight
I felt balanced and grounded
I created a healthy routine that supported both my body and my business

That’s why Femininity is one of the foundational pillars in my Reclaim & Rise Blueprint
I teach women how to
• Create boundaries that protect your energy
• Build hormone-friendly workouts and routines
• Practice self-care that prevents burnout
• Nourish your body without the pressure of perfection
• Reconnect to your feminine power in your wellness journey

Because being feminine doesn’t mean being fragile
It means being whole

She almost gave up.

She thought clean eating and pushing through intense workouts would eventually get her the results she wanted.

But the weight wouldn’t budge.
Her energy was low.
Her confidence was even lower.

She was running a business, taking care of her family, managing the kids’ activities… but no matter how hard she worked, the scale didn’t move, and the exhaustion just kept piling up.

After one powerful consultation, we uncovered the root cause — burnout. Her body wasn’t just “stuck.” It was overwhelmed and desperately needed rest and support.

Instead of pushing harder, we gave her a plan that aligned with her needs:

⭐️Whole foods that supported her hormones, not restricted her
⭐️Strength-focused workouts that weren’t draining
⭐️Daily walks that supported recovery and lowered stress

In just 2 weeks, she lost 5 pounds. But the true win was her mindset — she rediscovered the joy and excitement of her journey.

This isn’t just about weight loss.
It’s about understanding your body and restoring balance.
It’s about setting the example for your family and showing them that taking care of yourself is not only possible, but it’s essential for everyone.

When a woman takes control of her health, she doesn’t just change her body.
She changes the way she shows up for her family.
She leads her life with strength.
And she inspires the women around her to do the same.

✨ If you’ve been following the “right” plan but still feel stuck, it’s time for a new approach.
You don’t have to fight your body — let’s work with it.

Type “Restore” to take the quiz and find out what your body truly needs.

Let’s create a plan that works for YOU.

You’re used to giving your all in your career, but when it comes to your wellness journey, that same mindset can trip you up. You miss a workout, you accidentally eat bread while trying to cut carbs, or you give in to that piece of cake. Suddenly, you feel like you’ve messed it all up.

But here’s the truth: life isn’t about all or nothing. Wellness isn’t about being perfect every single day. It’s about progress and grace. When you’re stuck in that all-or-nothing mindset, it can mess with your head and derail your fat loss journey.

It’s easy to think that if you’re not hitting 100% every day, you’ve failed. But that pressure can lead to burnout, disappointment, and worse, feeling like you’re not worthy of reaching your goals. You might even give up entirely because it seems like you’ve already “messed up.”

Here’s the secret: It’s not about being perfect; it’s about being consistent and giving yourself grace. Understanding that no day is going to be perfect is key to your success. Stressing over the little bumps in the road only makes things harder.

The way to break free from the all-or-nothing mindset is to enjoy the process. When you embrace the journey rather than obsessing over the destination, you:

⭐️Understand your progress, even on the off days.

⭐️Love your journey and the little wins along the way.

⭐️Grow through every step, learning and adapting.

When you learn to enjoy your process, your goals become more attainable. You’re not trying to force perfection. You’re learning, evolving, and giving yourself the grace to grow. This mindset is the key to not only reaching your fat loss goals but also maintaining them without burning out.

So, here’s your challenge: Stop trying to be perfect and start enjoying the process. Give yourself the freedom to stumble a little and keep moving forward. Consistency beats perfection every time.

Drop a comment below and let me know—what’s one small thing you can do today to give yourself grace on your journey?

Everything can change in a blink….

Deciding to better yourself doesn’t require you to make huge changes all at once.

It requires consistency.

Being consistent with one thing can lead to bigger changes.

Sometimes, when you decide you want to make a change, you create this list that requires you to basically conform to someone else.

This is not normal.  It causes individuals to want to rebel from all the changes and go back to their old selves within weeks, days, or hours.

If you desire to lose weight, here are some tips to incorporate to make sure you are able to stay committed:

⭐️Is it realistic: If you know that you are planning to commit to something that is near impossible, don’t do it.  Be real with yourself. Losing 20 pounds in a month is not realistic. However, 5 lbs is.

⭐️Your dos and don’ts: If you know that you can’t commit to this change, at least 80% or higher don’t do it.  Look for something else that is within the 80 to 100 range.  If you know you can’t hit 10,000 steps a day and you’re only doing 500, start with trying to do 3,000 first.

⭐️Make it a non-negotiable: You must be willing to stick to the plan and not change.  Setting your boundaries and not giving into your cravings, doubts, and insecurities will always help you be one step closer to your goals.

So ladies, let’s make small changes this 2024.  Make them believable,  non-negotiables, and deal breakers this year.  If you do that, then you will see the changes you desire!

Now, ladies, let's halt that behavior, okay?

We're out here grinning while deep down, we ain't even feeling it.

We're juggling all this unnecessary drama at work, not 'cause we want to, but 'cause we feel like we gotta.

We're going above and beyond for our kids when, let's face it, we gotta set some boundaries, too.

And what's with saying yes to hanging with friends when all we wanna do is chill?

Enough!

🎯Cut that people-pleasing act. It's messing with us—weight gain, potential high blood pressure, and you think you're hiding it all, but oh no, our bodies are keeping the score.

🎯Weight piling up, messing with our immune system, bringing on those stress-filled nights, and don't even get me started on feeling like we've aged a decade.

🎯It's time to flip the script, to stop being the victim and become the fierce, unstoppable woman we all know we can be.

⭐️Step one: recognize the issue. No, we're not in AA, but owning up to our problems is crucial. It's the first step to making changes.

⭐️Then, let's set some real, achievable goals, goals we can truly stick to.

⭐️And finally, take action! Make that plan and work towards those goals.

You do these three things, and watch how your family life, work hustle, and social scene level up. You'll feel free, ready to rock your best self.

Ladies, never settle. When we settle, we lose ourselves and open the door for others to spot our flaws. Let's aim higher, always.
