1. Who is interested in a down and dirty weekly schedule (down and dirty because it's not polished to look pretty yet - my graphic designer/web guru Kat Jennings has been out of town)? If interested, drop your email below and I will send it to you.
2. We are going to start posting some challenges starting with tomorrow Mindful Monday. A big challenge for me, is the whole, change your mindset thing. All I hear is you just gotta change your mindset and I am over here thinking, well how in the hell do I do that? So (remember I told you, I research everything) I came up with a method that works for me. Tomorrow, let's see if it works for you. We are going to ask you to POST 1 THING you are willing to do for 1 WEEK related to IF. It could be as simple as drink X amount of water, skip breakfast, whatever you can do and commit to for 1 week.
1 CHANGE FOR 1 WEEK! Get ready to post your 1 thing tomorrow morning.
