Let me go run these errands, since I haven’t run my 3 miles yet. Since, I tagged everybody else.. Tag, you’re it. Now tag a friend that wants to stay ahead of the curve, health wise.
: Regular cardiovascular activity, clean fuel, & an overall healthy lifestyle speeds up our metabolism. When our metabolism speeds up, we burn calories at a higher rate, even while resting. So, now we can burn even more calories (even while chilling). So, just make sure to stay AHEAD of the curve. Fitness, hydration, good sleep, and clean energy (food) makes for a profitable metabolic disposition. Enjoy it. 🥂
