Today, I held my first “Sister’s Circle” and I’m so grateful for this experience! 
The energy in the room was so loving, gentle, and beautiful. 

We began with a guided meditation focused on loving ourselves unconditionally 💖 
Then came some sound healing to prepare for the main part — Kundalini Reiki for the four of us. 
It was my first time offering Reiki to a group, and just like with the meditation, our intention was Love — the Love we give to ourselves 🥰 

Afterwards, we each drew the sacral “Flower of Life” symbol, infusing it with our wishes and intentions 🌸 

I’m so thankful for this experience and truly looking forward to more.

🌍✨ Earth is a Free Will Zone ✨🌍

In this lifetime, on this sacred planet, we are gifted with the power of choice. Every thought, every emotion, every action is a reflection of our divine permission to choose.

Even when it feels like life is happening to us, we are gently reminded—it’s happening through us.

🌀 Energy flows where intention goes. 
🌱 Healing begins when we remember: I am the one who chooses. 

You are not powerless. 
You are not stuck. 
You are the creator of your reality.

So breathe deep. Realign. And remind yourself of the sacred truth: 
I allow myself to choose.

As a Kundalini Reiki Master, I've come to understand that true healing flows from freedom—freedom within ourselves and in our relationships with others.

Control arises from fear: fear of chaos, fear of being hurt, fear of being unseen. But when we try to control others, or allow ourselves to be controlled, we cut off the natural flow of energy that’s meant to move freely through and around us.

Healthy boundaries are not walls, but energetic agreements rooted in respect. They are how we honour our own light while allowing others to shine in theirs.

Here’s what I’ve learned:

Let people be who they are. Their path is sacred—even when it doesn’t align with ours.
Release the need to fix, change, or manage others. It's not our job to hold their energy—only our own.
And when someone tries to control you, remember: your energy is sovereign. You are not here to shrink, conform, or be moulded.

When we live from this place of inner alignment, we invite others to do the same. That’s the essence of true connection—not through control, but through presence, respect, and love.
