Both are valuable, but they serve different purposes!

✅ Massage is all about relaxation. It helps reduce stress, improve circulation, and ease general muscle tension. Perfect for unwinding after a long day and giving your body a well-deserved break.

✅ Massage Therapy goes deeper. It’s goal-oriented and focused on addressing specific issues like chronic pain, mobility restrictions, or muscle imbalances. This approach requires a deeper understanding of anatomy and how the body functions.

🌿 What Are Trigger Points? 🌿

You might have heard the term "trigger points" before, but what exactly are they? Trigger points are small, tight knots that form in your muscles when they’ve been overused, strained, or stressed for too long. They can cause localized pain or even refer pain to other areas of your body – that nagging ache in your neck could actually be coming from your shoulders!

Trigger points often develop due to poor posture, repetitive movements, lack of stretching or stress. When your muscles don’t get enough blood flow or oxygen, they can seize up, forming these painful knots. It’s your body’s way of saying, “I need some help!”

So, how can trigger points be fixed? The good news is that they’re very treatable! Through targeted massage techniques like trigger point therapy, I apply focused pressure to release the knot and improve blood flow to the area. This helps reduce pain, restore mobility, and bring balance back to your muscles.

The process might feel slightly uncomfortable at times (since we’re working on those sensitive areas), but the results are worth it – less pain, better range of motion, and a happier, healthier body!

Your body is your story—unique, beautiful, and worthy of love and care 🤲✨💛

Our bodies carry so much wisdom and so many stories. They support us through life’s ups and downs, showing strength even when we don’t always notice it. My own journey has taught me to love and appreciate my body for all it has done for me and the strength it continues to show every day.

This acceptance has allowed me to see the unique beauty in everyBODY and celebrate the incredible diversity that makes us human. As a massage therapist, I’ve had the privilege of working with people of different shapes, sizes, and backgrounds. These experiences have deepened my belief that everyBODY deserves to be loved, respected, and cared for.
Massage is one of the ways I can offer that care—a moment of connection, relaxation, and healing for both the body and the mind.

This belief inspired the "everyBODY" photoshoot project, where we celebrate the beauty and uniqueness of real people.
I’m endlessly grateful to the incredible women who participated and shared their presence for this vision (and it’s still ongoing—if you’re interested in being a part of it, let me know!).

As a massage therapist, my goal is to provide you with a safe, comfortable, and healing experience. Here’s a little insight into what matters to me during our sessions—and what doesn’t!

What I Care About:

💧Hygiene: I do appreciate when clients come in clean. A quick shower before the session is always a good idea, especially after a long day or workout. It makes the session more pleasant for both of us. And there is a shower available if you don't have time to do it elsewhere - just ask!

⏰ Being on Time: Respecting each other’s time is important. Arriving on time ensures you get the full benefit of your session, and it helps me stay on schedule for other clients too.

🗣️ Communication: If something doesn’t feel right during the massage, please speak up! Whether you want more pressure, less pressure, or have specific areas that need attention, I’m here to listen.

🫶 Understanding: Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. It helps me manage my schedule and assist other clients.

What I Don’t Care About:

🩶 Body Hair: Whether you have hair on your legs, arms, or underarms—it makes zero difference to me! Everyone’s body is different, and body hair is natural. No need to worry about shaving before your session.

🩶 Your Period: Yes, you can absolutely come in for a massage during your period! In fact, massage can help with menstrual cramps and overall discomfort. Just let me know if you'd prefer to avoid certain areas like the abdomen.

🩶 Stretch Marks, Scars: Massage is a judgment-free zone. Everyone’s skin tells a story, and I’m here to focus on your wellness, not appearance.

At the end of the day, I’m here to make sure you feel relaxed, heard, and taken care of. Just be yourself and let the massage work its magic!

1️⃣ Before You Get Sick: Regular massage sessions help boost your immune system by improving blood circulation and encouraging lymph flow. This keeps your body better equipped to fight off infections.

2️⃣ While You’re Sick: If you're feeling under the weather, it's best to rest. Massage can be too much for a weakened body, and spreading germs is a real concern. Wait until you're feeling better before booking a session.

3️⃣ After You’ve Recovered: Once you're past the worst, massage is an excellent way to speed up recovery. It helps flush out toxins, reduce post-illness fatigue, and ease muscle tension that often comes with being unwell.
