Looked for a non-toxic coffee maker since I broke my Bonjour French press last month. Very hard to find! Or very expensive.
So … Dan found this pour-over yesterday and I made my first cup of coffee this morning. Two thumbs up 👍🏼👍🏼
It is made in MA and invented by a NY chemist in the 1930s. (Why am I just finding out now and, more importantly, I hope he wasn’t a Yankee fan. 🤔)

Those of us in the storm’s path might need these diffuser blends on Monday. 🙃

We've officially reached that time of year with less sunlight, extra cozy days, fun-filled gatherings — and yep, plenty of germs going around 🤧

Here are a few tips for staying well:

The first and easiest thing to do is diffuse Thieves (or any immune-supporting oil) every night with your favorite sleepy blend. Just a drop or two makes such a difference — your lungs + immune system will thank you! Secondly, make a wellness roller and use it on the bottoms of your feet daily (I use one at bedtime).
Thirdly, take Inner Defense as needed, drink plenty of NingXia Red, and add Vitamin C + D into your daily routine.

Most importantly: listen to your body. Give yourself rest when you need it, get fresh air a few times a week, nourish your body with good foods, and build a strong foundation of wellness from the inside out.
