"I am filled with Divine Love of the Universal Spirit"

My mother is a staunch believer in God and follows so many rituals and studies a lot of religious scriptures.

Growing up I used to ask her a lot of questions, "what is the meaning of the Sanskrit scriptures that you are reading?", "does God ask for so many rituals?", "Is this the only way to connect with God", etc... The answer used to be "this has been handed over generations and we ought to follow."

Like a rebellious child, I will sometimes shout the verses only to please my mother...

Now as a grown-up, I am asking my two kids to talk to God in a manner they are comfortable.

Prostrating before the Higher Self reminds us that Man is not superior being and the Higher Self or the Conscience is superior to all energies.

I hope you find this useful and follow this affirmation on a daily basis to feel this spirit.

"Every breath I take relaxes my body and calms my mind"

There are situations we feel agitated, especially when we find ourselves in unfavorable situations.

⭐️ We need not be a victim of such situations and instead, choose to be calm.

I have been a short-tempered person earlier. I always thought that reacting to the situation is necessary. I started unlearning such thoughts.

😌 I am now calm than before after practicing this affirmation on a daily basis.

⭐️ Create a blueprint/plan for your goals both short-term and long-term in life.
⭐️ Believe in yourself that you have all the resources within you to achieve the same.
⭐️ Learn from mentors/role models who have been there and done that.
⭐️ Focussed effort to achieve what you have ahead.
